Returns

• No Refund, credit or exchange will be issued without original purchase receipt.
• Refunds are only given to products that are defaulted/defective/damaged from factory.
• No Refund will be given if item return is due to change of mind, lack of finance or not needing the item any more.
• The product must be in original packaging and not damaged or used to receive refund.
• Orders received incorrectly at admitted fault by Cowboy Guns and Gear will be exchanged.
• Returns and incorrect orders must be reported to Cowboy Guns and Gear within 7 days and before sending item back to store.
• Delivery costs will be incurred on the customer if the return does not meet the returns policy.
